Pork Trotters

The pig trotters are an exceptional cut of meat that requires slow cooking for optimal results. By cooking them for an extended period, the gelatine in the meat breaks down, causing the meat to separate from the bone.

Once the meat has detached from the bone, the trotters are ready to be served. Additionally, the cooking liquid can be utilized to create a savory pork stock that can be incorporated into soups and stews for added flavor.
