Loin Ribs

The loin is a lean and tender part of the hog that produces popular retail cuts such as center-cut loin chops and pork tenderloin roasts. Because of its tenderness, dry-heat cooking methods like grilling, baking, or sautéing can be used to prepare it quickly.

For ribs, slow cooking is recommended to achieve the desired tenderness. Smoked chops can also be used to add a unique barbecue flavor.
